You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data associated with WordSeams. We’ll use the information you provide to understand your request and locate the relevant records where possible.

1. What You Can Request

You can ask us to review, correct, delete or provide a copy of personal data that may be associated with your use of the WordSeams website, launch list, support messages, feedback messages or future app features.

2. Information That Helps Us Find Your Data

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant records. Depending on your request, this might include the email address used for the launch list, the email address used to contact support, your in-app player or support ID, display name, device or build details, or a short description of how you used WordSeams.

3. Anonymous and Local Data

WordSeams may use anonymous or device-linked identifiers rather than traditional email/password accounts. If data exists only on your device, we may not be able to access or delete it remotely. You may be able to remove local data by deleting the app or clearing app data on your device.

4. Launch List Emails

If your request relates to the launch list, you can unsubscribe using the link in any launch-list email. You can also contact us if you want help with deletion or suppression of your launch-list email address.

5. What Not to Send

Please do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, medical information or other sensitive documents unless we specifically ask for them. We will only ask for information that is reasonably needed to handle your request.
