1. Getting Help

WordSeams is currently preparing for launch. If you have a question about the website, launch list, early access, or the game itself, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

2. Report an Issue

If something does not work as expected, please include a short description of the issue and the page or feature you were using. If the issue relates to the app or an early test build, include your device model, operating system version, app version or build number if available, and any steps that help us reproduce the problem.

3. Launch List Support

If you joined the launch list and need help, contact us using the same email address you used to sign up where possible. You can unsubscribe from launch updates at any time using the link in our emails.

4. Feedback and Suggestions

We welcome thoughtful feedback from word-game players, puzzle fans, testers, and early supporters. Feedback helps shape WordSeams, but we may not be able to respond to every suggestion individually.

5. Data and Privacy Requests

For privacy or data-rights requests, please use the Data Requests page or contact the privacy address listed in our Privacy Policy. This helps make sure those requests are handled through the right process.
